Guarantee is subject to an order with "good front picture(s)".
Without a "good" front photo, we can not magically
create a bobblehead with a good likeness.
A "good" front picture is
defined as clear, and one where the head is NOT
turned/tilted in any direction (ie. mug shot). The head must also
be eye level with the camera. See samples:

We DO NOT offer Satisfaction Guarantee with
Sub-par photos (not mug shot). Cancellation will not be given after the
works is begin.
Sub-par photos are ones that have the following:

Blurry.
-
thumbnail size (too small to see the
facial detail)-image must be able to fill 1/4 of the screen

head tilted to the left or right.

head is raised up or looking down.
-
head not level with the camera.
During Christmas season(Dec-15th to
Dec-24th), due to the overload by FEDEX and UPS during holidays, delivery becoming
critical, We MAY NOT HAVE TIME TO WAIT FOR CUSTOMER APPROVAL PRIOR TO
THE PRODUCT SHIPPING.
A Proof of PICTURE is emailed to customer and we must receive responses within
24hrs, otherwise the proof is considered approved.
BY approving the email picture proof FOR SHIPPING,
THE BUYER IS STATING HE/SHE IS SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT THEREBY
RELEASING GOBOBBLE FROM THE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.
Due to design and/or the customer's hair style, head
size, some
body styles may not bobble. (Ex: Baseball bat, golf
club, etc.)
Order with 2 weeks or less shipping: Proof may
take 1-3 days longer due to time it takes to get response back from
customer.
Products being returned for refund must be shipped at your expense and
required RMA number or return confirmation.
The product must be ship out with tracking number, this
is only way we can proved the product is shipped back to us.
If you mail us photos and required photos to be
return, you must included a postage pre-paid envelope and we will mail
the photos back to you. Once they are mailed, our responsibilities has
ended and it is up to the postal office for delivery.
All damages must report to within 3 days after received the bobblehead(s) or deemed to be in good condition.
