Guarantee is subject to an order with "good front picture(s)".
Without a "good" front photo, we can not magically
create a bobblehead with a good likeness.
A "good" front picture is
defined as clear, and one where the head is NOT
turned/tilted in any direction (ie. mug shot). The head must also
be eye level with the camera. See samples:
We DO NOT offer Satisfaction Guarantee with
Sub-par photos (not mug shot). Cancellation will not be given after the
works is begin.
Sub-par photos are ones that have the following:

Blurry.
-
thumbnail size (too small to see the
facial detail)-image must be able to fill 1/4 of the screen
-
head tilted to the left or right.
-
head is raised up or looking down.
-
head not level with the camera.
We DO NOT offer Satisfaction Guarantee with
custom body(design the body from scratch base on your photo) or custom car design(design a car base on your car model). Cancellation will not be given after the
works is begin.
Satisfaction Guarantee will be VOID if we are asked to make modifications that stray away from what the straight on picture shows. For example:
1- remove glasses where in the front picture the person is wearing glasses and vice versa,
2- add/remove hat,
3- if the person is squinting and we are asked to open the eyes. The same would apply to all facial features where we are asked to modify the size of the nose, eyes, ears and mouth not in accordance to the picture.
The hair on the bobblehead is base on the hair from the
photos you sent, if you sent us bald head shot photos, the bobblehead
will be bald, if photos shown hair, it will be hair on the bobblehead.
Proof will be email to you for approval free of charge upon request.
During Christmas season(Dec-15th to
Dec-24th), due to the overload by FEDEX and UPS during holidays, delivery becoming
critical, We MAY NOT HAVE TIME TO WAIT FOR CUSTOMER APPROVAL PRIOR TO
THE PRODUCT SHIPPING.
A Proof of PICTURE is emailed to customer and we must receive responses within
48hrs, otherwise the proof is considered approved.
Due to design and/or the customer's hair style, head
size, some
body styles may not bobble. (Ex: Baseball bat, golf
club, etc.)
Glasses will not be the real glasses, not removable and will not be the same style of glasses in the photo.
Once the email photo(s) proof is approved by customer and shipped. Customer agreed that he or she can not return the bobblehead(s), no refund/partial refund nor redo will be given.
Character Figures, cake toppers figurines or custom bobblehead(s) are not meant to be portraits or exact duplications of you or your faces. The product(s) may have minor imperfections as a result of the computer or hand made process.
Hair is not real, it is same material as the face, it will not be the same style as real hair. The hair color will not be the same color as real hair.
Due to lighting when proof photo(s) was taken, face and hair color from the proof will not be exact match as the face and hair of the bobblehead.
It is customer's responsibility to email/send us clear, Straight front and side profile pictures
Picture requirement: minimum 1 Clear, straight front view( Not tilted to the left, right, up or down) and 1 side profile.
Due to design and/or the customer's hair style, head size, some body styles may not bobble. (Ex: Baseball bat, golf club, etc.)
If you submit more than 2 pictures. We pick the best straight-on picture for the bobblehead. You may or may not be notified which one is used.
If the body is a full customized body, it will takes 2 weeks longer than the target delivery date, because it takes more time to sculpt the body base on your requirements.
If you are ordering a Harley Davidson or Chopper bike bobblehead(s), please note the color of the bike may vary and we shipped the bike with the color we have in stock. These bike are special painted from diecast manufacture and we can not and will not repaint the bike.
Order with 2 weeks or less shipping: Proof may
take 1-3 days longer due to time it takes to get response back from
customer.
Products being returned for refund must be shipped at your expense and
required RMA number or return confirmation.
The product must be ship out with tracking number, this
is only way we can proved the product is shipped back to us.
If you mail us photos and required photos to be
return, you must included a postage pre-paid envelope and we will mail
the photos back to you. Once they are mailed, our responsibilities has
ended and it is up to the postal office for delivery.
All damages must report to within 3 days after received the bobblehead(s) or deemed to be in good condition.
